LA COMPAÑÍA cumple con la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal y con cualquier otra normativa vigente en la materia, y mantiene una Política de Privacidad sobre los datos personales, en la que se describe, principalmente, el uso que se hace de los datos de carácter personal, se informa al Usuario detalladamente de las circunstancias esenciales de dicho uso y de las medidas de seguridad que se aplican a sus datos de carácter personal para evitar que terceros no autorizados puedan acceder a ellos.

Seguridad
LA COMPAÑÍA mantiene en su Portal todos los medios técnicos a su alcance para evitar la pérdida, mal uso, alteración, acceso no autorizado y robo de los datos y la información que Usted pueda facilitar a LA COMPAÑÍA a través del mismo, sin perjuicio de que las medidas de seguridad en Internet no sean inexpugnables.

Responsabilidades del usuario
El Usuario se compromete a utilizar los servicios del Portal de acuerdo con los términos expresados en el presente Aviso Legal y la mera utilización de los mismos implicará la aceptación de éste.
El Usuario que actúe contra la imagen, buen nombre o reputación de LA COMPAÑÍA así como quien utilice ilícita o fraudulentamente los diseños, logos o contenidos del Portal, será responsable frente a LA COMPAÑÍA de su actuación.

Responsabilidades de LA COMPAÑIA
Uso incorrecto del Portal: LA COMPAÑÍA ha creado el Portal para facilitar el acceso a sus servicios, pero no puede controlar la utilización del mismo de forma distinta a la prevista en el presente Aviso Legal; por tanto, el acceso al Portal y el uso correcto de la información contenida en el mismo son responsabilidad de quien realiza estas acciones, no siendo responsable LA COMPAÑÍA por el uso incorrecto, ilícito o negligente que del mismo pudiere hacer el usuario.
Utilización de los contenidos: LA COMPAÑÍA facilita todos los contenidos de su Portal de buena fe y realizará sus mejores esfuerzos para que los mismos estén permanentemente actualizados y vigentes; no obstante, LA COMPAÑÍA no puede asumir responsabilidad alguna respecto al uso o acceso que realicen los Usuarios fuera del ámbito al que se dirige el Portal, ni de las consecuencias que pudiera acarrear la aplicación práctica de las opiniones, recomendaciones o estudios a que se pueda acceder a través del Portal, cuya responsabilidad final recaerá siempre sobre el Usuario. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The applicable law in the event of a dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up this Legal Notice, as well as any issue related to the products or services of this Portal, will be Spanish law, unless the user protection regulations establish the applicability of a different legislation.
For the resolution of any conflict that may arise on the occasion of the visit to the Portal or the use and acquisition of the products or services that may be offered therein, THE COMPANY and the User agree to submit to the Judges and Courts of the User's domicile, provided that it is located in Spanish territory or to any other jurisdiction whose applicability is imposed by the consumer and user protection regulations.
